5 Reasons to try DJI Osmo 360 II 8K Action Camera:
1. Experience a new standard of clarity with native 8K/60fps 360° video recording. The DJI Osmo 360 II utilizes a massive 1-inch sensor and a fast chip to capture every angle of your environment with astonishing detail. Unlike other cameras, this technology captures the entire scene at once, eliminating the need for stitching shots and preserving the integrity and smoothness of your most epic moments. The result is crystal-clear, immersive content that puts you right back in the center of the action.
2. Don't let low light stop your creativity. Featuring AI SuperNight 2.0, the Osmo 360 II redefines after-dark recording. Its wide f/1.9 aperture allows more light to hit the sensor, while an advanced new noise-reduction algorithm ensures clean footage. Furthermore, with an incredible 14.5 stops of dynamic range, the camera captures exceptional detail in both the deepest shadows and brightest highlights, delivering balanced, vibrant video from dusk until dawn.
3. Built for adventure, the Osmo 360 II is equipped with lenses that are not only durable but also user-replaceable. Each lens features a hard optical coating that effectively resists scratches from daily use. In the event of more severe damage, the innovative design allows you to swap the lens yourself, quickly and easily. This eliminates the need to send the camera in for repair, saving you valuable time and money so you can get back to shooting without delay.
4. Capture the spontaneity of the moment without worrying about your gear. The Osmo 360 II comes with 105GB of built-in storage, allowing you to start shooting right out of the box without needing a memory card. This ready-to-go convenience is paired with a long-lasting battery that delivers up to 100 minutes of continuous 8K recording. You'll have more than enough space and power to document your longest adventures in the highest quality possible.
5. Adapt your camera to any scenario with the Osmo All-Scenario Mounting system. A dual-direction quick-release design enables you to attach and detach the camera with agility, while the standard 1/4-inch thread ensures compatibility with a vast ecosystem of accessories. Whether connecting to DJI-specific gear or standard camera equipment like tripods and mounts, the Osmo 360 II gives you the flexibility to achieve the perfect shot from any angle imaginable.

Low Light, King of the Night!

After living overseas for 13 years across Japan, China, and Mexico and traveling through 15 countries, I’ve lost way too many incredible shots to grainy, washed-out low-light footage.

Looking at the spec sheet for the Osmo 360 II, this generation finally solves that problem. Pushing native 8K/60fps with a heavy 220 Mbps bitrate, dual square sensors, and AI SuperNight 2.0 processing means the data pipeline is finally catching up to real-world environments.

With a punishing trip to Poland and Ukraine coming up early next year, having 14.5 stops of dynamic range and user-swappable lenses isn't a luxury—it's essential for capturing high-stakes moments after dark without losing details to crushed shadows. I want to put this hardware through its paces where it actually counts, because with 14.5 stops of dynamic range, it's finally time to put the light back into the picture.
