Xiaomi Unveils the 17 Max: A Powerhouse with a 200MP Leica Camera and 8000mAh Battery

Xiaomi has officially continued its teaser campaign for the all-new Xiaomi 17 Max, revealing some truly impressive specifications. The upcoming flagship is confirmed to launch this month, and it's set to push the boundaries of mobile photography and battery life.

The headline feature is undoubtedly the camera system. The Xiaomi 17 Max will be the company's first smartphone to feature a 200-megapixel main camera co-engineered with Leica. This powerful primary sensor is complemented by a 3X periscope telephoto lens, promising a versatile and high-quality photography experience.

Endurance is another major focus. The device will house a massive 8000mAh "Jinshajiang" battery, which is being touted as providing the "strongest battery life" ever in a Xiaomi smartphone. Powering the device is the next-generation Fifth Generation Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition processor, ensuring top-tier performance to match its incredible stamina.

On the front, the Xiaomi 17 Max will sport a 6.9-inch "Super Pixel" screen, the same display featured on the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. The design emphasizes a premium look and feel, with an extremely narrow and symmetrical four-sided bezel, a quad-curved wrapped mid-frame, and large rounded corners for a comfortable grip. The phone will be available in three distinct colorways.
