At the heart of the iQOO Neo11 is a powerful combination of the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor and a self-developed Q2 e-sports chip, promising top-tier performance. To manage thermals, the device will incorporate the same 8K ice-curved VC cooling system found in the iQOO 15. Furthermore, it will utilize the iQOO 15's Monster Super Core Engine for intelligent performance scheduling, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience.

The device will feature a BOE 2K LTPO flagship screen, which is noted as being the only one of its kind in this product category. This high-quality display is complemented by impressive gaming capabilities, as the Neo11 will be among the first devices to support a certain MOBA game at a native 144FPS with extreme graphics quality, delivering a highly immersive gaming experience.

Powering the device is the largest battery ever in the Neo series, a massive 7500mAh Blue Ocean battery. This is supported by a global direct drive power supply system for efficient charging. For audio, the phone is equipped with symmetrical stereo dual speakers, enhancing both gaming and media consumption.

In terms of design and durability, the iQOO Neo11 features a significant upgrade with a new metal mid-frame. It also boasts the strongest dust and water resistance in the Neo lineup, with both IP68 and IP69 ratings. Other notable features include iQOO's first-ever campus gaming private network, which will be delivered via an OTA update, and it will be one of the first devices to launch with the new OriginOS 6.
