Logitech MX Master 4 Leaked: A Productivity Powerhouse with Haptic Feedback and 'Actions Ring' Launching September 30

According to a report from German tech outlet Winfuture.de, Logitech is set to launch its next-generation high-end wireless mouse, the MX Master 4, on September 30, 2025. Leaked renders and specifications suggest a price of €129.99 and reveal a device packed with significant upgrades aimed at creative professionals and power users.

Aesthetically, the MX Master 4 sports a new, slightly textured surface material designed for better stain and wear resistance. It also introduces a refreshed look with transparent plastic on the main buttons.

The most significant innovation is the new 'Haptic Sense' tactile feedback panel. Located in the thumb area, it houses a vibration motor that provides physical feedback for specific actions, shortcuts, or system notifications. This feature can be customized via the Logi Options+ application, allowing users to adjust the vibration intensity for a personalized experience.

Another groundbreaking feature is the 'Actions Ring' located on the thumb rest. When clicked, it brings up a dynamic, customizable menu from the Options+ software, enabling quick access to frequently used tasks. Logitech claims this function can increase workflow speed by up to a third in certain processes.

The MX Master 4 also promises a much quieter user experience, with button clicks that are 90% quieter than its predecessor. It retains fan-favorite features like the MagSpeed scroll wheel, which can zip through 1,000 lines per second or stop with pixel-perfect precision, and the secondary thumb scroll wheel for horizontal navigation.

On the hardware front, the mouse is equipped with a Darkfield high-precision sensor, adjustable from 200 to 8000 DPI in 50 DPI increments, with a default of 1000 DPI. It features eight programmable buttons, including a new gesture key and the clickable Actions Ring. Connectivity options include the Logi Bolt receiver and Bluetooth, with support for multiple devices. The mouse will be available in PC, Mac, and Business editions.

Based on these leaks, the Logitech MX Master 4 appears to be a significant leap forward, introducing innovative features that could redefine productivity and user interaction. The combination of haptic feedback, a customizable action interface, and refined core mechanics solidifies its position as a top contender for professionals seeking the ultimate tool for their workflow.
