Xiaomi Mijia Central Air Conditioner Pro Launched In China

Xiaomi has just updated its air conditioning line with the new Mijia Central Air Conditioner Pro model. The new model stands out for its power and low noise, allowing you to reduce the temperature of up to 6 rooms at the same time with just one external condensing unit. Previously, it announced a more compact model, but one that can cool environments in up to 30 seconds.
The air conditioner can be installed in configurations with one condenser for three, four, five, or even six environments, and for more than four evaporators (indoor units) the condenser has 6 horsepower, which allows it to operate in extreme temperatures from -28º to 65ºC.

This is made possible by the dual-cylinder air supply design, a reheat boost compressor and three-row evaporators and condensers, plus electronic expansion valves.
The air outlet features a 3D design with dual millimeter-wave radar sensors to detect the presence of people and automatically adjust settings to save energy. The air inlet has a filter that removes over 99% of formaldehyde.
Xiaomi has also included a five-layer automatic cleaning system to reduce equipment maintenance, making it more practical and faster to use.
The Mijia Central Air Conditioner Pro can be controlled by Xiaomi's Mi Lingyun smart home system with automatic firmware updates with new features by Xiaomi's Pengpai Zhilian ecosystem. Thanks to these systems and sensors, it can save up to 982 kWh per year compared to its competitors while emitting only 18 dB of noise into the environment.
Xiaomi has not yet revealed the official price of the air conditioner, as it is still on pre-sale in China and there is no forecast for official sale in other regions.
