nubia NaviX Ultra Announced: A Breakthrough 7.62mm Slim Body with a Massive 7100mAh Battery
nubia has officially announced its latest flagship, the NaviX Ultra, which is set to redefine user expectations for smartphone design and endurance. The company revealed that the new device will feature an astonishingly large 7100mAh battery packed into an ultra-slim 7.62mm body, promising that users will no longer have to choose between a sleek design and long-lasting battery life. The official launch is scheduled for September 16th.

The NaviX Ultra is a product of a joint research and development effort between ZTE and ByteDance and will come equipped with the Doubao Phone Assistant, positioning it as a next-generation AI-powered device. Under the hood, the phone is expected to be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 processor, ensuring top-tier performance for all tasks.
The battery is a key highlight, utilizing advanced silicon-carbon anode technology. In addition to its impressive capacity, the device is rumored to support 90W or 100W wired fast charging, as well as wireless charging capabilities, ensuring that the massive battery can be replenished quickly. The camera system is also expected to be formidable, featuring a 50MP main sensor, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a periscope telephoto lens, complemented by a 50MP high-definition front-facing camera.
In a significant technological milestone, Nubia and CXMT (ChangXin Memory Technologies) jointly announced that the NaviX Ultra will be the first smartphone to feature CXMT's LPDDR5X memory, which boasts an incredible speed of 10667Mbps. This marks the first mass-production application of domestically produced high-speed LPDDR5X chips, signaling a major advancement for the domestic mobile DRAM industry.
To build such a high-performance device, Nubia has collaborated with a roster of industry-leading suppliers. The key partners for the NaviX Ultra include Qualcomm Snapdragon, BOE for the display, CXMT for memory, Samsung Semiconductor, and Goodix Technology, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
