Google Pixel 11 Pro XL Render Images Leak Ahead of Expected Launch
Evan Blass shared render images of the Google Pixel 11 Pro XL on Substack on August 4, offering an early look at Google’s upcoming flagship smartphone.
According to previous reports, the Pixel 11 Pro XL will feature a 6.8-inch Super Actua OLED LTPO display with an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz. The panel is expected to offer a peak brightness of up to 3,600 nits and a resolution of 2992 × 1344 pixels. The phone will reportedly use Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and retain a flat-screen design.
The Pixel 11 Pro XL is expected to be powered by Google’s Tensor G6 processor. Reported memory options include 12GB and 16GB of RAM, while storage configurations may include 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
The 512GB and 1TB versions are expected to come with 16GB of RAM. None of the reported configurations support storage expansion through a memory card.
For battery and charging, the Pixel 11 Pro XL is reportedly equipped with a 5,115mAh typical-capacity battery, with a minimum capacity of 5,000mAh. It is expected to support 45W wired charging, which would make it the fastest-charging model in the Pixel 11 lineup. Qi2 wireless charging is also reportedly supported, although the retail box is not expected to include a charger.
The phone’s camera setup is expected to match that of the Pixel 11 Pro. It reportedly includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel ultrawide camera with macro photography support, and a 48-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
The camera system is also expected to support 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 5x and 10x “optical quality” zoom levels. A 42-megapixel front-facing camera is reportedly included for selfies and video calls.
Other reported features include 5G connectivity, an in-display fingerprint sensor and face recognition. The Pixel 11 Pro XL is expected to measure 162.7 × 76.5 × 8.5 millimeters and weigh 226 grams.
The reported starting price is $1,299 in the United States and €1,199 in Europe.
