PICO, the leading XR headset manufacturer under ByteDance, has announced that it will hold its 2024 new product communication meeting on August 20 at 14:00. The meeting will be held under the theme "Outstanding, Inbound", hinting at a significant announcement from the company.

PICO 4 headset, which may be called "PICO 4S".
According to earlier reports, the "PICO 4S" is expected to feature an Android 14 operating system, 12GB of memory, two 2160x2160 resolution LCD screens, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chip. Additionally, it is said to support MR (Mixed Reality) functionality and features a sleek ringless handle design.
Furthermore, sources suggest that PICO may also be introducing a new VR interactive narrative work titled "Three-Body VR," a collaboration with the Three-Body Universe. This immersive experience is expected to push the boundaries of storytelling in the XR space.
