Insta360 Transforms Ace and Ace Pro into Instant Cameras with New Printer Set

Insta360 has officially announced a brand-new accessory for its Ace and Ace Pro action cameras on June 20th: the Instant Print Camera Set. This innovative kit transforms the high-performance action cameras into instant cameras, allowing users to print their favorite shots on the go. The new set bridges the gap between digital capture and physical memories, offering a fun and tangible way to share moments right after they happen.

The functionality is straightforward and user-friendly. The Ace or Ace Pro camera connects to the included ZINK printer via Wi-Fi. Users can then browse their photo album directly on the camera's screen, select an image, and print it instantly. This process leverages the camera's large, versatile flip screen, which is particularly useful for framing selfies and then immediately printing them out, capturing the spontaneity of the moment.

Ace Pro

The Instant Print Camera Set uses ZINK (Zero-Ink) printing technology, which produces color prints without the need for ink cartridges. The special photo paper features an adhesive back, allowing the prints to be used as stickers. The set also comes with a specially designed protective case that not only houses the camera but also features a convenient selfie mirror and a slot to store freshly printed photos, making the entire setup compact and portable.

Ace Pro

The Instant Print Camera Set is available for purchase at 898 yuan, which includes the printer, the protective case, and a pack of 10 sheets of photo paper. For new customers, Insta360 is offering bundles. The Ace Pro Instant Print Camera Set, which includes the camera and the new accessory kit, is priced at 3696 yuan. Similarly, the Ace Instant Print Camera Set bundle is available for 2796 yuan.

As a reminder, the flagship Insta360 Ace Pro was launched in November 2023. It features a lens co-engineered with Leica, a large 1/1.3-inch sensor, and is powered by a 5nm chip with an AI denoise core. The camera is capable of shooting stunning 4K 120fps video and boasts a 2.4-inch flip screen. It also supports advanced features like the AI Highlights Assistant and AI Magic Eraser.
