Sí tienes un teléfono Samsung en mi opinión te ayuda mucho, es ligero, en mi caso complementa mis rutinas en el Gym y mi control de calorías para mi déficit

I love the watch. I have the e-sim version so I'm able to take calls and stay connected without looking at my phone. The battery life is amazing. My Galaxy watch for doesn't make it more than 20hrs. This little beauty can do a day and a half easy on 1 charge.
Display is bright and the watch has a few more areas you can customise with faces and ringtones.
I wish I bought the 44mm or went with the ultra. I have the 40mm and it doesn't look as good as the bigger versions. They've also done away with the rotating bezel. I appreciated that because I often get my hands messy so having the bezel as a secondary way to navigate menus was a bonus. That said I still enjoy this watch. ive swapped out the original straps for a bump resistant case with straps. Because it covers the watch face it gives the impression of a bigger more robust screen. My friends and colleagues constantly comment on getting one for themselves.

I've had the galaxy watch 7 for a couple weeks now and the sensors for the heart monitor is not that acurate, I had more accuracy with previous galaxy watches I had and the body mass composition is very finiqui to make it work (its a bit of a pain to make it work) other than that I really like how it looks and it responds well the hand gestures thing it's pretty cool and useful however I did expected more from the health stuff sensors since that is one of the main attratives.

ME GUSTA MUCHA EL EQUILIBRIO ENTRE LO CLASICO Y LA TECNOLOGIA, PERO AUNQUE TIENE MUCHAS CARCTERISTICAS ACTRACTIVAS COMO LA NITIDES DE SU PANTA, Y SU REDIMIENTO FLUIDO GRACIAS A SU HARDWARE JUNTO CON SU BUNA OPTIMIZACIÓN DE SUS FUNCIONES LO VELVEN UNA COMPRA ATRACTIVA, EL RELOJ ES UN POCO GRANDE Y PESADO (PARA MÍ), SU PRECIO ES UN POCO ELEVADO EN COMPARACIÓN DE OTROS EN EL MERCADO Y EL ECOSITEMA NO ME TERMIRMINA DE CONVERSER.
