Samsung Unveils Galaxy A17 5G with Exynos 1330 and 6.7-inch 90Hz AMOLED Display

Samsung Electronics has officially launched its new Galaxy A17 5G smartphone, expanding its mid-range A-series lineup. The device is powered by Samsung's in-house Exynos 1330 octa-core processor and features a large 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and a U-shaped notch design.

The Galaxy A17 5G boasts a sleeker and more lightweight design than its predecessor. With a thickness of just 7.5mm and a weight of 192g, it is 0.4mm thinner and 8g lighter, enhancing its portability and comfort for one-handed operation. The phone is equipped with a robust 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.

In terms of connectivity and storage, the device supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3. It offers flexible SIM options, allowing users to choose between a dual 5G Nano SIM card setup or a single SIM card paired with a microSD card for storage expansion up to an impressive 2TB.

The camera system on the Galaxy A17 5G is a key highlight. The rear module includes a triple-lens setup, featuring a 50MP F1.8 main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 5MP F2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP F2.4 macro lens.
