Realme Neo 7 Shown In All Colors, Ahead December 11 Launch
Recently, some benchmark data and TENAA, the Chinese telecommunications authority have revealed main key features of Realme Neo 7, but now, the brand has shared a poster to reveal the color variants of its new smartphone.
Accordingly, the first color of Realme Neo 7 "Starship Edition" will be offered two alternatives to choose from, which have now also been demonstrated in the first official images:
The blue version is called "Submarine" and is inspired by "diving to the seabed to observe the unknown depths." The black color is called "Meteorite Black" and embodies the "mysterious power of space meteorites." Its feature is the minimalism of the back panel: no textures, patterns, or other unnecessary elements - everything is strict and restrained.
Characteristics of Realme Neo 7
The smartphone will pack a large 7,000mAh battery under its hood, and TENAA also confirms that the device will measure 162.55 x 76.39 x 8.56 mm and weigh 213 grams.
We haven't had any information about the display yet. According to TENAA, the display will be 6.78 inches, unsurprisingly, it will be made using OLED technology, and the resolution will be 2780 x 1264 pixels.
We also know that the phone has UV Intelligent Eye Protection 3.0 certification for eye protection. We also have High Frequency PWM dimming, and realme also brings something fancy here called a "nano-velvet gaming screen protector" that would increase that smooth feeling when touching the screen by 30%.
The panel will support 10-bit color depth. The refresh rate is not disclosed, but it is likely to be 120 Hz, and it is also said that the phone will have an LTPO construction, just like the GT Neo 6, although this is not entirely certain, since the Neo and GT series will go their separate ways in the future.
As for the RAM and internal storage, there are several configurations to choose from, with the phone available with 6, 8, 12, or 16GB of RAM and 128, 256, or 512GB of storage. There will also be a 1TB version. The smartphone will feature two cameras on the back: the primary camera has a resolution of 50MP and the secondary camera has a resolution of 8MP. A 16MP selfie camera will be installed on the front panel. Among the hardware extras, there will also be an infrared port, which can be used to control other compatible devices.
There are not many official details about the chipset yet, but thanks to the teaser and benchmark results, we already know that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+. The Realme Neo 7 will be presented to the public on December 11. We will hear more about the device before the big day.
