OnePlus 13 Will Arrive Next Month With Snapdragon 8 Gen 4
Over the past few months, we've been receiving non-stop rumors about the new OnePlus flagship, the OnePlus 13, we already revealed that the device could bring forward its launch and now we can confirm that this will be the case, since the Chinese brand itself has released a post to hint the launch time frame of its next flagship.
As revealed by the media 9to5Google yesterday the president of OnePlus China, Louis Lee, published a post on the social network Weibo in which he confirms that the new OnePlus 13 will hit the market next October.
In addition to the launch date, Lee revealed that OnePlus 13 will be powered by the latest flagship processor available. The new chip will introduce an innovative dual-core configuration that he claims should outperform the competition and set new standards in the industry.
The processor in question is likely to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which is expected to be unveiled in October. While, this powerful chipset will feature custom Oryon CPU cores, a technology already used in Snapdragon X chips for PC.
Additionally, according to Lee, the OnePlus 13 will be able to handle graphically demanding games, such as Genshin Impact, with high fluidity and support for a frame rate of up to 120 fps.
Other expected specs
As per the tipster, the phone will come with the new flagship of the Chinese brand will have a 2K 8T LPTO panel created specifically for this device whose size has not yet been revealed, and with a huge 6000mAh battery with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging as well.
In terms of cameras, the OnePlus 13 is expected to feature a triple rear camera system. The main 50MP LYT-808 camera will be the mainstay, accompanied by two additional 50MP LYT-600 cameras for 3x telephoto and ultrawide, allowing users to capture high-quality images from various angles.
In addition, selection of wallpapers has leaked from OPPO servers for the OnePlus 13. The origin of the wallpapers is unclear, but a fairly reliable informant Smart Pikachu claims that these are reliable screensavers prepared by the company for one of the most anticipated flagships of this fall.
