Mechrevo Launches Wujie 14 Max and 16 Max Laptops with Intel Lunar Lake and Magnesium Alloy Chassis

Mechrevo has officially listed two new ultraportable notebooks, the Wujie 14 Max and Wujie 16 Max, on e-commerce platforms ahead of their scheduled release on October 23. Powered by Intel's Core Ultra 200V "Lunar Lake" processors, the new series emphasizes high mobility by combining full magnesium alloy chassis with substantial battery capacities in a profile that measures just 14.9mm thick.

The 14-inch Wujie 14 Max incorporates a 72Wh battery while keeping total chassis weight to approximately 1.0kg. For users looking for a larger workspace, the 16-inch Wujie 16 Max integrates an 80Wh battery while weighing in at roughly 1.25kg, positioning both machines among the lightest options in their respective size classes.

Display and Input Features

Display configurations differ between the two form factors. The Wujie 14 Max sports a 14-inch matte display featuring a 2880×1800 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness, and broad color gamut coverage. It is paired with a three-level backlit keyboard offering 1.5mm key travel and a 5.7-inch glass touchpad.

The larger Wujie 16 Max features a 16-inch 2560×1600 matte panel running at 120Hz with 400 nits of brightness and high color gamut support. Its keyboard layout includes full-height directional keys alongside a dedicated numeric keypad, complemented by an expanded 6.0-inch glass touchpad.

Thermal Design, Audio, and Connectivity

Both models share an identical internal cooling solution, utilizing a dual-fan and dual-heatpipe layout to manage thermals. Audio is handled by a four-speaker setup consisting of two tweeters and two woofers. For biometric security, a fingerprint sensor is integrated directly into the power button.

Peripheral connectivity is comprehensive across both sizes, featuring two Thunderbolt 4 ports, three USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 (TMDS) interface, and a 3.5mm audio combo jack. Wireless networking is supported via Wi-Fi 6.

Hardware Configurations and Pricing

Across all variants, Mechrevo equips the Wujie Max series with 16GB of onboard LPDDR5X-8533 memory and a 1TB solid-state drive.
