RedMagic 11 Pro+ 'Deuterium Transparent Silver Wing' Edition with 24GB+1TB Announced

RedMagic has officially announced a new top-tier variant of its latest gaming smartphone. The RedMagic 11 Pro+ "Deuterium Transparent Silver Wing" edition, featuring a massive 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, is set for a limited release on December 9th at 10:00 AM.

The RedMagic 11 Pro series, which first launched on November 23rd, set a new benchmark for performance by being one of the first devices to feature the third-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform. This powerful chipset is complemented by full-spec LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage, ensuring incredibly fast and smooth operation across all applications and games.

In terms of design, the RedMagic 11 Pro series is touted as the "ultimate form of a candy bar phone." It boasts a completely flat back panel and a right-angled aviation-grade aluminum middle frame, giving it a sleek, modern aesthetic. The device measures 8.9mm in thickness, and the Pro+ version weighs 229g. Its display is a 6.8-inch UDC (Under-Display Camera) full screen from BOE, using Q9+ luminescent material. It features a 2480x1116 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 960Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate, and an impressive 1600 nits peak brightness, all while supporting 2160Hz PWM high-frequency dimming.

To manage the heat generated by its high-end components, the RedMagic 11 Pro series incorporates a sophisticated cooling system. It includes a built-in shark-fin high-speed centrifugal fan that can reach speeds of 20,000 RPM. According to the company, the total area of the wind tunnel has been increased by 9.1%, leading to a 35% improvement in overall heat dissipation efficiency, which is crucial for sustained gaming performance.

The camera setup on the device is also robust. The rear features a triple-camera system led by a 50MP main sensor (Samsung S5KGN5) with OIS, an 8MP wide-angle lens (Samsung S5K4H7), and a 2MP macro lens (GalaxyCore GC02M1). For selfies and video calls, it employs a 16MP under-display front camera (OV16E1Q), allowing for an uninterrupted, full-screen viewing experience.

Battery life and charging speeds are key differentiators within the series. While the standard RedMagic 11 Pro comes with a 6000mAh battery and 80W fast charging, the Pro+ model is equipped with a 5500mAh battery but supports an astounding 165W Magic Flash Charging. This technology allows the phone to be fully charged from 0 to 100% in just 14 minutes.
