Setting a new benchmark in mobile audio, the Huawei Mate 70 Air has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first mobile device to pass the T/UWA 009.3-2-2023 technical standard. According to the official WeChat account of Jingcai Vivid, the phone is also the industry's first to receive both the Audio Vivid certification and the dual Audio & HDR Vivid certification. Equipped with symmetrical dual stereo speakers, it has demonstrated outstanding performance in areas like sound field symmetry and accurate spatial sound representation.

The T/UWA 009.3-2-2023 standard, published in August 2023, is a key component of the "Specification for Three-dimensional Audio Technology" (T/UWA 009) from the Ultra HD Video World Alliance (UWA Alliance). This specific part of the standard outlines the technical requirements and testing methods for 3D audio technology in portable digital devices, ensuring a high-quality, immersive listening experience.

The Audio Vivid standard itself, also released by the UWA Alliance, is recognized as the world's first audio codec standard based on AI technology. This advanced audio technology has been successfully deployed in major live broadcasts since 2022, including the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, the Olympic Games, and the "September 3rd Parade." Highlighting its capabilities, Huawei's official website states that the Mate 70 Air boasts an ultra-wide sound field of over 100 degrees, designed to accurately reproduce sound within a three-dimensional space.
