Apple M5 iPad Pro Launching on 10th Anniversary with iPadOS 26 Upgrades

According to a report by 9to5Mac, Apple is expected to unveil the M5 iPad Pro during the iPhone 17 series launch event. A credible but anonymous leaker has recently shared information about the M5 iPad Pro, as well as details on Apple Watch Series 11 and Apple Watch SE 3, leading to the speculation that the M5 iPad Pro will be released simultaneously.

Another crucial factor is that September 9th marks the 10th anniversary of the original iPad Pro's release. The upcoming iPadOS 26 is described as the most significant productivity upgrade for iPad to date, providing a strong reason to choose the Pro version. The new iPadOS 26 has been upgraded in terms of interface and built-in apps. It now features a "traffic light" button similar to macOS, as well as a windowed interface, multi-tasking operations, and an app menu bar, making it look more like macOS.

Considering the timing of the leak, the 10th anniversary, and the system upgrade, September 9th seems like the perfect day for the release of the M5 iPad Pro.
