Rayneo Air 3 AR Glasses

Rayneo has officially unveiled its Air 3 AR glasses, which are now available for pre-sale starting at an introductory price of 1,699 yuan (around $238). The glasses feature the innovative Peacock optical engine, developed in collaboration with TCL, and are equipped with a 5th-generation Micro-OLED display alongside a newly designed optical path system that significantly enhances color, contrast, and clarity.

These glasses come equipped with a advaned 0.6-inch double-layer luminous screen. The engineering teams from Rayneo and TCL have crafted three diffrents picture quality modes tailored to various content types: a standard mode for internet viewing, a movie mode for cinematic experiences, and a game mode optimized for immersive 3D gameplay.

The Rayneo Air 3's innovative optical path system simulates a 100-inch display at a 3-meter distance, while supporting a high refresh rate of 120Hz. This model also introduces 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for the first time, significantly reducing eye fatigue compared to the previous generation of Micro-OLED, and has received two eye protection certifications from TÜV SÜD in Germany.

Audio quality is also a highlight, with four high-quality speakers positioned on each side of the glasses, designed to fit 11 different head shapes globally. The glasses also feature a unique 9-speed adjustable dynamic design. Additionally, Rayneo has partnered with global lens manufacturers to offer compatibility with myopia prescriptions ranging from -1 to -600 degrees.

Furthermore, the Rayneo Air 3 is compatible with over 1,000 devices, including smartphones, laptops, and gaming consoles like the Nintendo Switch. An exclusive Rayneo XR application uses AI technology to create 3D images from mobile phone photos, complemented by the Rayneo Magic Box, which features a five-dimensional button navigation system.

At the launch event, Rayneo also celebrated the third anniversary of the Rayneo Air 2 by introducing the Champion Edition, aimed at making augmented reality accessible to younger consumers at a competitively priced 1,399 yuan (about $197).
