Can I apply for this product?

Once the Tryouts are open, you can apply. To help your chances of being a Tester, you can show you are:
A tech enthusiast and willing to sharing your knowledge;
Agree to our Tester’s Missions;
Above the age of 18;
Located in a country or region that Heyup is capable to ship to.

How do I know that I am selected?

Please be patient and wait for the Testers Selection Announcement in our community. We will send you the instructions by email once you are selected. We will also update the winner list in our community.

If you are selected, reply to the email within 5 days, and try the product immediately as per instruction. If not, that’s mean you pass up the chance.
