How long does the light bulb last?

Boxe is exceedingly safe from dust due to its insulated lens, which prevents dust from falling onto the lens. As a result of a built-in advanced LED light source, it has a lifespan of 25,000 hours.

Can I download apps like Netflix or YouTube from the App Store?

You can download them from the Aptoide App Store, but copyrighted content such as Netflix, and similar services cannot be mirrored or screencast.

Is it wireless via Miracast and Bluetooth?

Yes, it supports Miracast and Bluetooth.

What verison will I receive？

We will ship the verison of Boxe based on your shipping location. Boxe in Europe version will come with an EU plug, and we will also provide an adapter for those who are from the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore for use.

How long is the warranty period?

We provide 1-Year(Non-EU), and 2-year(EU) Warrenty. The Warranty policy applies to Heyup Boxe, and its accessories which include, adapter and the remote controller. During the warranty period, if function failure should occur through product default, please contact support@heyupnow.com.

Do you offer worldwide shipping? How does the shipping fee cost? How long will it take for a package to arrive?
