Xiaomi 15 Ultra's Powerful Photography Features Leaked

Xiaomi is preparing to unveil its newest flagship device, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, and early leaks suggest that it will be a game-changer for photography fans. According to the famous leaker Digital Chat Station, this smartphone will have a macro camera that supports close focusing up to about 10cm. 

The camera setup is also undergoing a redesign, featuring a unique red ring around the camera module and a new coating for the telephoto lens. While specifics about this coating remain under wraps, it’s expected to minimize lens flare and enhance image sharpness and detail.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra features an upgraded camera kit designed to improve the overall user experience and make up for the lack of smooth leather options in this series.

Moreover, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has already received 3C certification, which confirms its support for 90W fast charging. Furthermore, the device is set to function as a "satellite mobile terminal," featuring standard Tiantong satellite calling and Beidou satellite text messaging capabilities.

Key specifications for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra include a large battery, the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, an additional 50MP mid-range telephoto lens, and a 1-inch primary sensor with an f/1.63 aperture.

Xiaomi Group spokesperson Wei Siqi has officially announced that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will make its debut in February.
