Huawei Pura 80 Will Have a Camera Design, Similar to a Pizza Slice?

Huawei is back in the spotlight with the latest rumor about the design of its flagship camera, the Huawei Pura 80 Series. After the previous series came with a triangular camera module, this time Huawei is rumored to be bringing a bolder and more unique design.

According to leaks circulating on Weibo, the Pura 80 series will carry a ' quadrant ' or quarter-circle camera design. This design is similar to a slice of pizza with slightly curved corners. 

Huawei's P series is known for its long or rectangular camera module shape. However, since its rebranding to Pura, the design has become bolder and more experimental, using a more geometric approach. 

Will the design of the Huawei Pura 80 and EMUI15 change?

While Huawei has yet to confirm the final look of the Pura 80 series, sources suggest the brand has something “in-store” and the lineup is expected to feature more refined Red Maple Imaging, a native HarmonyOS (EMUI 15 could be possible for global markets), and advanced AI capabilities

However, given their innovation pattern, there is a possibility that this design will be implemented. Huawei seems to want to bring a breakthrough in the smartphone world with a bolder design. If this “quadrant-style” design is truly realized, the Pura 80 could be the smartphone with the most unique camera design in 2025.
