REDMAGIC Laptop Launch Set for July 3 With Core i9 Processor and RTX 4070 GPU
As we know, the REDMAGIC, known for its high-end gaming smartphones, is set to make its entry into the gaming laptop market. In this regard, today company has released teaser images on Weibo, confirming that its first gaming laptop will be unveiled on July 3, 2024.
The teaser images hint at the use of AI technology in the laptop, with one image spelling out "AI" using a half-open laptop and smartphone. The laptop is likely to rely on the AI capabilities of the Nvidia GeForce GPU, which enables features like Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS). This technology allows for improved frame rates by rendering games at a lower resolution and scaling them up to the native screen resolution using artificial intelligence.
The top model is expected to feature a 14th-gen Intel Core i9 processor, presumably an Intel Core i9-14900HX, paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU. This powerful combination should provide sufficient performance for current games.
The laptop's Geekbench results have confirmed the processor mentioned in the company's post, as well as revealing 16GB of RAM in the database. However, RedMagic has yet to confirm further details about the laptop's features and design.
The REDMAGIC Gaming laptop has also been certified by 3C, with a 280W fast charging system developed by BYD. The device has also received certifications from Bluetooth, WiFi, and CMIIT authorities. Additionally, the laptop is expected to feature an RGB backlit logo on its lid.
