Insta360 X5 Price and Specs Details Leaked Ahead of Launch
Insta360 has officially announced that their new action camera will launch on April 22, 2025. Initially, only images of the upcoming camera had surfaced, but it has now appeared for pre-order on Amazon Canada.
The retail listing suggests that the price for the Insta360 X5 will be approximately CAD$844.36 (around $610). However, reliable leaker Igor Bogdanov claims that the actual launch price will be set at $549.99, representing a $50 increase over the current model.
The Insta360 X5 is expected to feature a larger 1/1.28-inch camera sensor, offering up to 133% improved low-light performance compared to the 1/1.2-inch sensor found in the Insta360 X4. In addition, the new model is set to provide a 17% enhancement in battery capacity, increasing from 2,290 to 2,400 mAh, and support nearly 50% faster charging.
Beyond these updates, the Insta360 X5 will likely include a range of additional enhancements compared to the X4, with further details available in the accompanying information.
