REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 2 Secret Revealed Before September 5
The REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 2 is set to launch on September 5, and ahead of its release, the company has revealed some key details on Weibo. The device is expected to come in two sizes and feature top-notch specs, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version platform, which is expected to deliver similar performance to the REDMAGIC 9s Pro.
Following the release of the tablet's AnTuTu score, REDMAGIC has shared more specifications, including details about its advanced cooling system. This tablet feature a high-quality display with a resolution of 2.8K and a refresh rate of 144Hz, accompanied by a touch sampling rate of 840Hz. An additional teaser has confirmed the presence of a four-channel linear speaker with DTS Ultra support.
To maintain the high performance of the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Flagship Version processor and prevent any thermal throttling, REDMAGIC also added a nine-layer PAD Magic Cooling ICE 2.0 cooling system to the tablet. This innovative cooling system uses a high-speed centrifugal fan, 3D internal circulation air duct, PC-grade heat pipe, and various heat dissipation materials.
For photography, the device will have a 20MP front camera and a 50MP rear camera. The 16:10 tablet will be powered by a 10,100mAh battery and 120W fast charging. Other details are still under wraps, but these specs give a pretty good idea of what we can expect from the upcoming gaming tablet.
