The Xiaomi Tag has started appearing on the websites of several European distributors, as well as Xiaomi's official sites in the UK and France. The tracker features a slim, plastic body with a thickness of approximately 7.2 millimeters. It is powered by a standard CR2032 coin battery, which provides an estimated battery life of about one year.

A key feature of the Xiaomi Tag is its broad compatibility. According to reports, the tracker supports both Apple's Find My network and Google's Find Hub service. This allows users to locate their items using either iOS or Android devices, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of users.

For connectivity, the Xiaomi Tag utilizes Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC. It is important to note that the current version does not support Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology for precision finding. However, reports suggest that Xiaomi is planning to release a UWB-equipped version in the future, although a specific timeline has not yet been announced.

Xiaomi France has confirmed its pricing structure: a single Tag costs €17.99, while a four-pack is available for €59.99. Based on current distributor listings, the product appears to be available only in a white color option at launch, with some retailers already having it in stock and ready for purchase.
