The Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 is known as one of the top-selling wireless earbuds today. Recently, reports have emerged that Huawei is currently developing an upgraded version of this headset, to be released as the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2+. The first details about this advanced model have emerged alongside the launch of the Huawei P60 series, with an expected announcement in March.

As per the latest leaks, continuous heart rate monitoring will be a key feature of the upcoming FreeBuds Pro 2+. Not only that, it will notify the user if there is an increase or decrease in their heart rate beyond the standard range.

Besides, the renders of the headset were published on the internet, which reveals that the FreeBuds Pro 2+ will retain the same design as the original but with some enhancements. The upcoming earphones are expected to be smaller and lighter, which will make them more convenient to carry. Additionally, reports indicate that the headphones will offer a more comfortable and secure fit, improving the overall user experience.

Furthermore, the upcoming earbuds will feature high-end headphone features, including touch controls, transparency mode, and active noise canceling.

In addition to the FreeBuds Pro 2+, Huawei is set to unveil its P60 series during its upcoming event in China in March. The anticipated lineup contains four models: P60E, P60, P60 Pro, and P60 Ultra, all boasting the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4G processor found in the P60 Pro and P60 Ultra.
