nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Edition Will be Unveiled Globally On July 23

nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Edition Global Launch

After launching the flagship nubia Z60 Ultra smartphone in December last year, yesterday the company confirmed that it plans to launch a special version of its nubia Z60 Ultra smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset called the “Leading Version” in China, and now the device has been confirmed to be getting a global launch, according to a new teaser shared on the company’s Facebook profile.

Powerful Chipset and AI Technology

This new chipset is called the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version which has a Cortex-X4 main CPU core at a clock speed of 3.4GHz and increases the GPU clock speed to 1GHz. This is the highest clock speed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 can produce because most phones put only 3.3GHz for the CPU and 0.9GHz for the GPU. Like the standard chip, it is based on a 4nm architecture, which ensures high efficiency.

In addition to the new chipset, the nubia Z60 Ultra will also have some generative AI features like most flagship phones launched this year. Besides, nubia also confirmed that it will be equipped with a IP68 waterproof rating and 6,300mAh battery, which is much larger than its predecessor, which had a 6,000mAh battery.

On the back is a triple camera system: a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor and a 64MP 3.2x periscope telephoto lens. There is a 12MP under-display selfie camera on the front, giving the phone a futuristic look. The device supports 80W fast charging. It will be offered in three colors namely black, gray and blue.
