OPPO K12 Plus Will Launch On October 12, Know What the Features Are
A new smartphone from Oppo with mid-range specifications hit the Chinese market this spring. However, we have known for a few days that another model from this series is in the works, namely the Oppo K12 Plus. This upcoming model has already passed the Tenaa certification, which revealed its main parameters while nothing prevents its launch.
And that will happen soon, the company confirmed on its official Weibo account that it planned the presentation on the Chinese market on October 12 at 14:30 local time. At the same time as confirming the presentation date, the manufacturer also announces some of the specifications of the Oppo K12 Plus phone. But there aren't many of them.

Thanks to the Tenaa certification, we know that the display of the Oppo K12 Plus is of the AMOLED type. It has a diagonal of 6.7 inches and FullHD+ resolution. In one of the teasers, we see that there are narrow and symmetrical bezels around the screen, and a "hole" for the front-facing camera lies in the center of its top.
Another teaser confirmed the design of the rear panel, which is the same as the K12 model. In the upper left corner of the back is an oval main camera module with three rings for two sensors and a circular LED flash.
The manufacturer also confirmed in the trailers a battery with a huge capacity of 6400mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 80W. There is also a 10W reverse cable charging. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 162.47 x 75.33 x 8.37 mm thick and weighs under 200 grams, more precisely 193 grams - which with the battery under the hood, sounds too good.
So much for the parameters that the manufacturer has already announced. The rest of the specifications were brought to our attention by the certification statement.
According to the Chinese certifiers, we can find the Snapdragon 7 Gen3 chipset at the processor post. The processor is paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage. As per the listing, the main camera is dual with a primary 50MP sensor and an 8MP wide-angle lens. The front camera received a 16MP sensor.
The operating system is Android 14, and the manufacturer will probably add the Color OS 14 superstructure to it. It has IP54 certification, a WiFi axis, NFC, and a fingerprint scanner under the screen. The Oppo K12 Plus will go to the Chinese market in white and black.
