    Easy to use and install!

    I recommend this product. the Installation instructions were EASY!. the interface and looks of the app is very easy to control and respond very well. the actual units look and feel expensive and very sturdy. I also like that I can remotely monitor and adjust temperatures.

    Thank you Heyup for the opportunity!

    Installed it on February 10th, 2023. and it has been great so far. The thermostat works very well and has been keeping a pretty even temp across the living room、kitchen and the addition of my home. I also like the cellphone app. One thing I’d love to see with the update would be to have the temp displayed anytime someone walks by.

    Sadly, I have had an unfortunate experience.

    Unboxing/Setup: Boxing on both is average, nothing out of the ordinary, however, sliding the smart thermostat box out of the sleeve was a bit challenging and required a bit more force than what should've been required. Contents in both the boxes were packed nicely allowing for no damage.

    When I opened the shipping box and saw a little bulky C-Wire adapter/battery, I got pretty nervous. Upon opening, there are no clear instructions on how to mount the C Adapter. The C adapter is needed because I don't have a C wire. My past thermostats, such as my Google Nest, had the option for both C Wire and Batteries.

    Unfortunately, the app did not guide me through using/mounting the C Wire adapter, aside from the letters on the wires.

    So I decided to reach out to customer support. After some back and forth, they informed me that the adapter would have to be wired in via the control board near the HVAC system, not inside next to the thermostat and that the adapter has a magnet to attach to the control board. So much for a 15 minute or less install.

    Due to the complex case, lack of easy access to control board and problems that could arise at the control box/board, I decided not continue with installation of this thermostat.

    App: While I wasn't able to explore all of the app, it will tell you ahead of time if your system is compatible or not. This is a must if you must purchase this thermostat. If it's compatible, the app will guide you…

    Thank you for beta testing the Degrii Smart Thermostat. We appreciate all the valuable insights you gave us and have made several changes to improve the installation experience.

    We have added a compatibility checker on our website to tell the user if their system is compatible. So our user has both the App and our website to assist them. I am sorry this feature was not ready when you were beta testing.

    Regarding the CWA installation instruction, even though there is a programmed instruction in our App specially designed for users who needs to install a CWA. We understand that this might have been confusing to you and could have been skipped easily during your installation. Therefore, we are working on providing more detailed instruction videos to guide our users to install the CWA.

    We apologize for any inconvenience that prevented you from trying the smart thermostat and remote thermostats. We have added many advanced features to allow our users to design their comfort while saving energy bills. Perhaps in the future, we could send you our finalized product and provide you with a better user experience.

    Great new brand of smart thermostat

    I've never heard of this brand until I was offered an opportunity to test it. Degrii Smart Thermostat can link up to 12 Remote Thermostats, so you have a main base and others around the house that can it can sync with. There's the Degrii app which is very similar to Nest. It was easy to install and I did not need to hire a professional. You just remove your current thermostat from the wall and it will guide you how to install this thermostat. If you are in the market for a new smart thermostat, I would recommend this brand.
